Our website is a landing page intended to provide information about our services. It does not offer user accounts or interactive features.
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.
2. Booking a Call
Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling platform. By booking a call, you agree to Cal.com’s own terms and policies.
The purpose of the call is to discuss project requirements, timelines, and feasibility. Booking a call does not guarantee acceptance of a project.
3. Services
RudeXGrow provides video editing and post-production services. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope are agreed upon separately in writing (email, message, or proposal).
Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information
- Supply all required assets in a timely manner
- Ensure you have rights to all materials shared with us
Delays caused by missing assets or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
5. Revisions
The number of revisions included will be defined during project agreement.
Revisions are limited to adjustments of the existing edit. Requests that change the original scope may be treated as new work.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms, including advance payments or milestones, are agreed upon before project commencement.
Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Failure to complete payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered video files.
Raw files, project files, and editable timelines remain the property of RudeXGrow unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless non-disclosure is requested.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client materials and discussions as confidential and do not share them with third parties except when required to deliver the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.
11. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
